All sales are final.
Original Artwork
due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original Artwork, all original art purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on original pieces.
Prints & Accessories
All prints and accessories are made to order, and for that reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if your print or accessory arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Email me at Kelseyadriennecollective@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
Once reviewed, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
I do not replace items that show damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling after delivery.
Damages and issues with originals:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Due to the made-to-order and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer a 14-day cooling-off-period for European Union customers, in accordance with EU consumer protection exemptions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
