Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the United States.
Original Artwork:
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing and secure packaging prior to shipment. Unless you are purchasing a commission Piece or requesting a piece that has already been sold. Then we will discuss processing time.
Prints & Accessories:
All prints and accessories are made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before shipment.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Free shipping on all US orders under 8lbs.
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may very due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damage or Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Kelseyadriennecollective@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- clear photos of the damage or defect
Eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost.
Signature Confirmation:
For the security of your artwork, signature Confirmation is required on all original Artwork orders over $500.
This helps ensure safe delivery and protects both the collector and the artist. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may hold the package or attempt to redeliver according to their policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen Packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
International Shipping:
International shipping may be available. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
